James O’Neil is the Sales Manager for TIG Risk Services, responsible for implementing new business and relationship management throughout the Southeast. James has 3+ years of sales experience and has been a part of the TIG sales team since January 2022. James holds a Private Investigation License for the state of Florida. James works directly with the CEO of TIG. James’ greatest strengths are his effective communication skills along with his ability to build strong, trustworthy relationships with his clients. James has developed a strong understanding of the investigation industry since he began his tenure with TIG. James is a Chicago native who received his BA from Carthage College in 2020.
