Stephanie A. Suber

President & CEO

Stephanie Suber is the newly appointed CEO for TIG Risk Services, responsible for both new sales and relationship management for most of the Company’s major accounts. Stephanie has 17 + years of experience in the Surveillance and Investigative market, all with TIG. Stephanie has benefitted from her experience learning the business from the "ground up", spending time in almost all service areas that TIG has to offer, including social media investigations, medical canvassing, background checks, and the review of investigative reports. As referred to above, she has been a critical part of all aspects of the sales cycle, from sourcing and closing sales leads to developing trust within her client base. A case can be made that Stephanie’s greatest strengths are her listening skills and her understanding of client priorities. Stephanie currently manages the top 3 account relationships at TIG Risk Services LLC and most of the top 15, most of which have been clients for over 10 years. Stephanie holds a Florida Private Investigative License as well as an Ohio Private Investigative License. Stephanie received her BA degree from Florida State University in 2006.

Patrick R. Andrews

Vice President of Operations

Patrick R. Andrews has more than 10 years experience in Special Investigative Work within the Workers’ Compensation Industry. As a Vice President of TIG Risk Services Patrick has gained experience through conducting subrogation Investigations, managing Investigations nationwide, and authoring fraud reports for his clients so they can be submitted to the state. Patrick also oversees all IT support for TIG Risk Services and helped the company become SOC 2 Type II certified with CROSStrax.

Rachel Barnett

Vice President of Accounting

Rachel Andrews has been with TIG Risk Services for over four years. After graduating from Florida State University, with a B.S. in Finance and Management, Rachel took a position on the trading floor of Citigroup Global Markets as a Whole Loan Trading & Securitization Analyst in New York. She spent three years with the residential finance team, working on whole loan sales, acquisitions, and securitizations. Her time spent at Citigroup gave her valuable experience in problem-solving, teamwork and the ability to multi-task and work on large scale projects. After leaving Citigroup, she became the Controller of TIG, and simultaneously graduated from Auburn University with a M.S. in Accounting. She handles all financial aspects for TIG including, payroll, invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, reconciliations and more. While majority of her experience is in finance and accounting, Rachel spent multiple summers in college working for TIG and becoming familiar with the industry and services we provide.

Duaine Labno

Vice President of SIU & Threat

Duaine J. Labno is our Director of Special Investigations for TIG Risk Services. He has been in the public safety/investigations industry for 23 years. Prior to working for TIG Risk Services he was a Police Officer and Firefighter in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Duaine worked patrol assignments as an officer and sergeant, was a field training officer, advanced hostage negotiator, bicycle patrol coordinator/instructor, racial profiling instructor, mental health instructor, and crisis intervention team member. He also was Vice President of his public safety union and negotiated employee contracts, and was on the board of trustees for the Peace Officer Association of California Retiree Medical Trust. Duaine found his calling in investigations when he was promoted to detective and specialized in child abuse and sexual assault. As a detective he attended the acclaimed Robert Presley Institute of Criminal Investigations. Duaine was a certified advanced officer with California Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST). He was also awarded the Medal of Merit for his actions successfully negotiating with a suicidal subject after a vehicle pursuit who had a firearm.

Michael Waldron

Vice President of Sales

Michael Waldron serves as Vice President of Sales for TIG Risk Services. He is responsible for new business development while ensuring existing clients continue to receive the exceptional service and results TIG is known for. His primary focus is helping clients maximize their return on investment through customized investigative and risk management solutions. Michael brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in liability and workers' compensation. Throughout his career, he has managed key accounts for numerous national corporations and third-party administrators. Before transitioning into sales and business development, Michael spent many years in operations, serving as both a field supervisor and later as an Operations Manager overseeing the Southeast region. His unique operational background provides clients with valuable insight into developing effective investigative strategies.

Joan Dvornik

Vice President of Sales

Joan Dvornik serves as Vice President of Sales for the Midwest at TIG Risk Services. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the workers' compensation industry, with an extensive background in business development and account management. Throughout her career, Joan has built a reputation for exceptional client service, strategic problem-solving, and successfully managing complex priorities. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with her ability to cultivate long-term relationships, positions her as a valuable leader in driving growth throughout the Midwest. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana, Joan leverages a strong professional network across the insurance, workers' compensation, and healthcare industries to support client success and strategic business initiatives.

Damon Gowdy

Operations Manager

Damon M Gowdy is a 20+ year employee of TIG Risk Services and is our Vice President of Operations. A graduate of Western Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. Damon is a licensed Private Investigator in 7 states and started as a Field Investigator, who has worked several surveillance and SIU assignments before advancing to our Management team. He currently utilizes his skills learned throughout the years to make calculated managerial decisions while overseeing our surveillance program; as well as, being involved directly with our Field Investigators.

Tina Perkins

Video Preservation Manager

Tina Perkins has held a PI License in Florida since 2017. Tina has been a part of TIG since April 10, 2010. Tina processes video, surveillance reports, invoicing, investigator payroll, collections, office manager, manages video retrievals, manages in-house SIU work, social media investigations, canvassing, scheduling files with investigators, data entry, jury searches, drop camera surveillance, document retrieval, driver’s license searches, obtained surveillance video from large retail stores Nationwide.

Patrick J. Andrews is a business professional with proven management skills and well over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operations in both Fortune 100 companies and profitable start-up companies. Including a law enforcement background that includes United States Air Force and the United States Secret Service work. Responsible for design and development of the company’s website and infrastructure that supports TIG clients nationwide.

Robert W. Seymour

Co-Founder

Robert Seymour is a proven leader in the business development industry with more than 32 year experience inexecutive leadership, sales management, and investigative services. As the co-founder of TIG Risk Services, Robert has cultivated a skill set for generating new business, and leading company operations with ease. In his time at TIG, Robert alongside his co-founder has a built a multi-million dollar organization, that has become a well-recognized leader in the investigative indus Additionally, as a United States Air Force veteran, Robert has a range of experiences that include Civilian and Military Law Enforcement. Robert also served in the United States Air Force K9 unit as an Explosive Detector Dog Handler as well as a member of the United States Air Force Presidential Explosive Detector Dog support team.
