Mr. McCarthy has held a number of executive positions in finance and business management over a 40+ year career. Executive roles in publicly traded companies have included Interim CEO of a NYSE Company, SVP running several successful business lines and reporting to the President of a Company listed on NASDAQ and one as an SVP reporting to the CEO of another NASDAQ listed entity.
Mr. McCarthy has also held senior roles in finance (e.g. CFO of Revere Copper & Brass and Controller of a PepsiCo subsidiary, PepsiCo Food Systems / FSI).
The position of Managing Director reporting directly to the Chairman of the Carlton Group, a New York based national real estate investment bank, where for 8 years where he ran their Loan Sale Advisory Practice and consulted for many large commercial banks, mortgage companies and Wall Street firms. He also ran Carlton’s Florida Office. Mr. McCarthy holds an MBA from Columbia University with concentrations in both Finance and Accounting as well as a BA from Whitman College in Economics.
